Site Engineer

Job highlights

• 3 to 8 years of experience in construction,preferably in residential / commercial real estate projects

• Good communication and leadership skills. .

• Execution of works strictly as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.

• Supervision of all construction activities on site including labour management.

• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.

• Coordination with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Material reconciliation and resource planning.

• Monitor progress of work and report delays or deviations to higher management.

• Assist in billing, quantity estimation and documentation.

• Ensure site cleanliness and compliance with health & safety protocols.

Eligibility

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in construction, preferably in residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and safety norms.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
