SITE ENGINEER

About the role

Manage and supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, design, and quality standards. Report to the Project Manager and follow up with instructions requested by the Project Manager. Oversee on-site quality and safety, handle technical issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, design, and quality standards
• Report to the Project Manager and follow up with instructions requested by the Project Manager
• Coordinate and manage daily construction activities, ensuring that work aligns with project plans and technical specifications
• Oversee on-site quality and safety, handle technical issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Manage materials and labor to keep the project on schedule and within budget
• Plan and schedule construction operations according to the Project Management Plan
• Coordinate with consultants on design analysis, approvals, and resolving technical issues
• Liaise with clients on design submissions and supervise work progress
• Conduct inspections for civil work, including excavation, structural work, and casting
• Implement effective Environmental, Safety, and Health practices on-site

About you

• Minimum 2 years work experience with strong knowledge in construction of building structures
• Preferably RC work experiences
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Good in technical and paper submission
• Able to lead sub-contractors
