Site Engineer

Dynamic Motion is a vertically integrated fit-out, joinery and fast-track contracting and construction firm with in-house production facilities in Dubai, Riyadh, Cairo and Beirut. We are hiring two Site Engineers to lead execution on two large-scale commercial fit-out projects in the UAE. You will be the technical owner of the site: coordinating drawings, driving the programme, managing subcontractors and in-house trades, and ensuring works are delivered to specification, on time and to the quality standard our clients expect.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site execution for a major fit-out project from mobilisation through handover
• Review, coordinate and sign off shop drawings, workshop drawings and as-builts against design intent and consultant requirements
• Prepare and maintain the project programme in MS Project; track progress, flag slippage early and drive recovery plans
• Produce and manage site documentation: RFIs, method statements, inspection requests, material submittals and daily/weekly progress reports
• Coordinate joinery, metalwork, MEP, finishes and FF&E packages on site, including interfaces with the main contractor and consultant
• Carry out quality inspections and snagging; close out NCRs and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Manage subcontractors and site labour; monitor productivity, material usage and site logistics
• Enforce HSE requirements and maintain a safe, well-organised site
• Attend site meetings and act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, consultant and main contractor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ site experience on commercial fit-out projects, with at least one large-scale project delivered end-to-end
• Strong ability to read, interpret and sign off architectural, structural, joinery and MEP coordination drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project; comfortable with MS Office and standard site reporting tools
• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
• Solid understanding of fit-out finishes, joinery, MEP coordination and local authority/consultant approval processes
• UAE experience with recognised consultants and main contractors is strongly preferred
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
• Able to work extended hours during critical project phases
