Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Site Engineer with a valid RAK Municipality G+12 certification to join our construction team in Ras Al Khaimah. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing daily site activities, ensuring construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities for G+12 building projects.
• Ensure all site activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and RAK Municipality regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Inspect civil and structural works, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, blockwork, and finishing works.
• Review construction drawings and coordinate with the technical team to resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and report project delays to management.
• Ensure all work is executed according to approved method statements and project specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Valid RAK Municipality G+12 certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, structural works, and site supervision.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, project specifications, and local authority requirements.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site teams and work under project deadlines.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
