What they need
- Supervise site operations and ensure construction follows approved plans, specifications, and work schedules.
- Review drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies, and coordinate clarifications before implementation.
- Prepare quantity estimates and material requests to support accurate purchasing and project budgeting.
- Develop and monitor work schedules, track progress, and recommend solutions to delays.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PRC license preferred.
Has 2-3 years demonstrated experience in site construction (horizontal)
Horizontal: Civil works (bridges, roads), and Formworks (concrete pouring)
Additional experience in road construction or residential projects is an advantage.
Able to interpret structural and architectural plans.
