Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys seeing projects move from drawings to reality? As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering construction projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard from initial planning through to completion.

You’ll work closely with project managers, contractors and other stakeholders, using your technical expertise and practical problem-solving skills to keep work moving and resolve challenges as they arise.

What you’ll do

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery follows approved plans, specifications and quality standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings, survey reports and technical documents to guide construction activities.
• Plan resources and coordinate materials, equipment and stakeholders across projects at different lifecycle stages.
• Track progress, milestones, risks and costs, identifying efficiency opportunities and keeping delivery within budget.
• Provide clear updates to project managers and key stakeholders, while resolving construction challenges with practical technical guidance.

What you’ll bring

• A bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, Civil Engineer or in an equivalent role, with proven construction project supervision experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and other relevant engineering or project software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations, with the ability to interpret and present survey and technical information.
• Excellent project management, organisation, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills, with strong teamwork and attention to detail.
