Site Engineer

Infinity Hub Contracting LLC is looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, contracting, and interior fit-out works, with strong site coordination and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Ensure construction and interior fit-out works are carried out according to quality standards and safety requirements.
• Review drawings, measurements, and material requirements before commencing work.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.
• Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate snagging and rectification works.
• Maintain proper documentation, including site reports, material requests, and work progress updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction, contracting, or interior fit-out works.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and measurement procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
