A Site Engineer is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor project progress and report any delays or site issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site workers.
• Perform site measurements, quantity calculations, and material inspections.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and inspection requests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with the design team to resolve them.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and handover activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction site supervision and project execution.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality control and health and safety procedures.

To ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
