Site Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that construction methodologies and workmanship are properly implemented in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and good engineering practices.
• Monitors project progress and accomplishments in accordance with the approved construction schedule.
• Conducts comprehensive inspections of work items and accomplishments prior to acceptance by the client.
• Prepares accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and site issues.
• Coordinates and monitors subcontractors to ensure that construction works conform to project requirements, plans, and specifications.
• Inspects and verifies the quality and specifications of materials delivered to and used at the project site.
• Checks and validates daily time records (DTRs) and overtime requests of site employees.
• Ensures compliance with job safety requirements, proper traffic management, and appropriate coordination with the community.
• Reports any incident or accident occurring at the project site within 24 hours from the time of discovery.
• Submits required reports and documents accurately and on time.
• Maintains confidentiality of company information and performs duties in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Supports the project team by performing other related tasks as assigned.
• Complies with all company policies, safety rules, and applicable regulations.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Specifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on project sites and handle field-based responsibilities.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
