What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Supervise and execute daily construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor RCC work, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry and finishing.
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, construction materials and site resources.
- Ensure quality standards, site safety and timely project completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, QA/QC, planning and procurement teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets and material records.
- For development projects, supervise earthwork, roads, drainage, pipelines and other infrastructure works.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Skills: Practical site execution experience, drawing interpretation, quantity estimation, contractor coordination and site management.
Location: Project Site / As per project requirement
