Site Engineer

role & responsibility:-

• Supervise and monitor PEB steel structure erection and installation activities at the project site.
• Ensure proper installation of columns, rafters, beams, purlins, girts, and bracing systems.
• Supervise roofing sheet, wall cladding, flashing, and gutter installation.
• Read and interpret PEB structural drawings, erection drawings, and shop drawings.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, bolting, and installation of structural members.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, fabricators, and site workers.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material requirement reports.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow site safety procedures, including working at heights, lifting operations, and use of PPE.
• Identify site-related technical issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
• Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and quality standards.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in PEB site execution and steel structure erection.
• Experience in roofing, cladding, structural steel installation, and industrial building projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
