Anthrop Management Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client, a leading real estate development company specialising in premium residential and mixed-use projects, including high-rise buildings, luxury apartments, penthouses, terraces, and semi-detached houses.

Job Summary

The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate site personnel and contractors, and ensure that projects meet approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and agreed timelines. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical and site supervision skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works.
• Monitor project schedules, materials, labour, and site productivity.
• Ensure quality control, proper workmanship, and premium finishing standards.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
• Identify site challenges, resolve technical issues, and escalate major concerns where necessary.
• Maintain accurate site records and submit regular progress reports.
• Support site inspections, snagging, and timely project completion.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience in high-rise construction or premium residential projects is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling tools is an advantage.
• Professional registration or membership of a relevant professional body is desirable.
