Job Description

Handy sQuad Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and proactive Maintenance Supervisor / Site Supervisor with experience in Civil or Mechanical works to coordinate maintenance activities and supervise technicians at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and site operations.
• Coordinate technicians and allocate jobs based on service requirements.
• Monitor civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance works as assigned.
• Conduct site visits and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, and the operations team.
• Ensure work quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service records, job reports, and material requirements.
• Report operational issues and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in civil or mechanical maintenance, site supervision, or facility management.
• Diploma or degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise technicians and manage multiple site activities.
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
• Petrol allowance provided separately.
