We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering infrastructure projects, specifically road construction, site grading, and road safety works. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design office and field execution, ensuring work is built accurately to lines, levels, and specifications.Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Supervision:
• Supervise daily road construction activities (sub-grade, GSB, WMM, bituminous works, or concrete pavement as applicable).
• Coordinate with contractors, foremen, and field crews to ensure work proceeds as per the construction schedule.
• Levels & Surveying:
• Perform site setting out, alignment checks, and level verifications using Auto Level, Total Station, or related surveying tools.
• Monitor road gradients, camber, formation levels, and drainage slopes to match approved cross-sections.
• Engineering Drawings & Documentation:
• Accurately read, interpret, and reconcile civil, architectural, and structural/road safety drawings (Plan, Profile, Cross-sections).
• Prepare daily site progress reports, measurement sheets (MB records), joint inspection records, and Requests for Inspection (RFIs).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
