Site engineer #CNQC

Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other project stakeholders.

Investigating the properties of materials like glass, steel, and concrete, and advising which is the most suitable

Inspecting unsafe buildings and recommending options for repairs or demolition

Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements

Giving progress reports to clients and senior managers.

Relevant experience in precast concrete construction, including precast installation, coordination, and site supervision.

Monitor project progress and conduct on-site inspections and acceptance to ensure compliance with project schedules, approved drawings, and quality standards.

Requirments:

Diploma/bachlor Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent

Minimum 3 years of Condo experiences as Project Engineer/Site Engineer in construction industry of Singapore.

Proficient in Microsoft Project

Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft, AutoCad, PDF & Etc.
