SITE Engineer - Contract (Multan)

Job Purpose

To supervise and coordinate electrical site activities, ensuring that installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation and site execution activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Electrical Supervisors, contractors, vendors, and other disciplines.
• Review electrical drawings, layouts, cable schedules, SLDs, and technical documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
• Supervise cable laying, termination, electrical panels, power distribution, lighting, earthing, and related electrical works.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
• Monitor work progress against project timelines and report delays or technical issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain relevant site documentation.
• Identify site issues, coordinate their resolution, and ensure proper technical implementation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, instrumentation, and other teams to avoid site conflicts.
• Support measurement, quantity verification, material reconciliation, and as-built documentation.
• Perform any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.S. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant site/project execution experience in electrical works.
• Experience in industrial, EPC, construction, or large-scale electrical projects will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, installation practices, testing, and commissioning.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and project/site documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.
• Willingness to work at the Multan project site.
