Site Engineer – Dubai

Al Mohafiz Contracting LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities at the project site, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Review and interpret approved drawings and technical documents.
• Ensure construction works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the quality and progress of works.
• Coordinate site inspections with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Take site measurements and assist with quantity verification.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Identify and report site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper implementation of health and safety requirements on site.
• Follow project schedules and assist in achieving planned targets.
• Maintain good communication and coordination between the site and office teams.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in Dubai.
• Good knowledge of building construction and site supervision.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Candidates with immediate availability will be preferred.
