Site Engineer Electrical/วิศวกรไฟฟ้าประจำโครงการ (ลาดกระบัง)

About the role

The role will focus on monitoring and coordinating electrical construction activities, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, approved materials, method statements, quality requirements, project schedule, and applicable safety requirements. The Electrical Engineer will work closely with the Construction Manager, M&E, contractors, and designers to ensure effective coordination and timely completion of the project.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full-time site supervision of electrical construction activities
• Monitor contractors' daily electrical works and site progress
• Verify that electrical installation works comply with approved IFC drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements
• Monitor manpower, productivity, work sequence, and construction progress
• Identify site issues, technical problems, clashes, and potential delays at an early stage
• Review and coordinate electrical drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with civil, structural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other project disciplines
• Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with project quality requirements
• Witness electrical inspections and testing as required
• Coordinate and monitor electrical testing and commissioning activities with contractors

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, factory expansion, renovation, or brownfield projects
• Strong experience in electrical construction supervision and site coordination
• Experience working with multiple contractors and managing interfaces between disciplines
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, inspection procedures, testing and commissioning
• Good communication and coordination skills
