Site Engineer Electrical/วิศวกรไฟฟ้าประจำโครงการ (ถลาง,ภูเก็ต)

About the role

To oversee and coordinate Electrical works at the site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, contract requirements, and project quality standards. The role takes ownership of assigned areas of work and provides technical guidance to junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Electrical works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Review and comment on contractor's shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
• Conduct and/or witness inspections and testing activities in accordance with QA/QC procedures.
• Identify non-compliance and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
• Monitor contractor's progress against approved schedule and report key issues or risks.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve technical and interface issues on site.
• Review As-Built drawings, testing & commissioning documentation, and O&M manuals prior to submission.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/site supervision, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and ELV installations.
• Ability to review technical documentation and contractor submissions independently.
• Competent in handling technical drawings and project documentation using relevant engineering software.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English preferred.
