Site Engineer - EV/DC

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Daily Control

• Manage daily on-site EV station installation activities

• Supervise subcontractors and technicians to ensure proper construction methods

and productivity

• Ensure installation works follow approved drawings, technical specifications, and

construction plans

• Monitor progress and report daily site updates to the Project Manager

2. Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Implement and control site QA/QC processes for EV station installations

• Verify installation quality for:

o Mounting structure works

o EV station installation

o Cable management

o Earthing and lightning protection

• Conduct site inspections and support punch list clearance before commissioning

and handover

• Ensure proper photo documentation and quality evidence are completed and

submitted

3. Safety Management (HSE)

• Ensure all site works comply with safety regulations and client site rules

• Conduct toolbox meetings and daily safety briefings

• Monitor PPE compliance and safe working conditions (especially work at height and

electrical safety)

• Report incidents and support corrective actions

4. Coordination with Internal Teams & Customers

• Coordinate with engineering team on any site technical issues and drawing

clarification

• Coordinate with procurement/logistics team to confirm delivery schedules and

material readiness

• Support meetings with clients, consultants, or customer representatives at site

• Ensure all work follows customer site access requirements and approval processes

5. Material & Equipment Control

• Check and verify material deliveries at site (quantity and condition)

• Manage on-site material storage and prevent material loss or damage

• Track site material usage and report shortages or additional requirements

6. Construction Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports including:

o Work completed and site status

o Manpower deployment

o Site issues and mitigation plans

• Collect and submit site documents such as:

o Installation checklists

o Inspection records

o Test reports (as required)

o As-built updates and redline drawings support

• Support project handover documentation to ensure completion requirements are

met

7. Testing, Commissioning & Handover Support

• Support commissioning and testing activities with internal and external teams

• Coordinate punch list completion and final handover activities

• Ensure all project deliverables are ready for client acceptance and COD readiness
