Site Engineer (Fresher), Building Diagnostics

FoxScan (formerly UrbanRoof) diagnoses what is wrong with buildings: leakage, dampness, cracks and structural distress. We use thermal imaging and our own in-house instruments. We are hiring freshers in Chennai.

This is a diagnosis role. You will inspect, measure and find the root cause. You will not supervise execution, manage labour or run repair contracts.

What you will do

• Inspect residential and commercial properties across Chennai

• Use thermal cameras and moisture meters to collect readings

• Identify the root cause of leakage, dampness and cracks

• Record observations with photos, measurements and notes

• Prepare clear diagnostic reports for clients

• Explain your findings to clients on site

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering (freshers welcome)

• Strong civil basics: materials, waterproofing principles, why walls, slabs and terraces fail

• Comfortable with fieldwork: heat, terraces, heights, long site days

• Good written English; Tamil preferred

• Based in Chennai, or able to join within 2-3 weeks

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
