Site Engineer – HV Substation Operations

Job Summary:

• Responsible for supervising and managing 4-shift Operator teams for a 115/22kV GIS High Voltage Substation system, including providing operational support during emergency situations on a 24/7 basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, manage, and coordinate 4-shift Operator teams to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
• Coordinate with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), the power supply provider for the plant.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports.
• Support the Maintenance team during electrical system maintenance activities.
• Provide troubleshooting support and respond to emergency cases related to the High Voltage system, including 24/7 on-call support when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Eng. Electrical Engineering).
• Good command of English communication skills (TOEIC score above 550 is preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in testing and commissioning of High Voltage systems, including 22kV, 115kV, or above.
• Experience with GIS Substations or High Voltage Substation systems is highly preferred.
• Able to work at the Site Office located at Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathum Thani.
• Able to provide emergency support outside working hours and be available on a 24/7 on-call basis via phone.

• Contract: 1-year contract (with potential for renewal and permanent placement).
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
