Site Engineer (HVAC) - Hotel Projects

Key requirements

• Mechanical Engineering / Diploma
• 6–12 years HVAC experience
• Hotel project experience – MUST
• Contractor-side / MEP contracting experience
• Strong site execution experience
• HVAC installation: Chilled Water, AHU, FCU, FAHU, VRF/VRV, ducting
• HVAC piping, testing & commissioning
• Coordination with electrical, plumbing, BMS and civil teams
• Shop drawings, material inspections, method statements and RFIs
• Knowledge of ASHRAE / SMACNA standards is an advantage
• High-rise / 4-star / 5-star hotel experience preferred
• UAE/GCC experience preferred

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
