Ready to own the site? ArkiZion Builders is a licensed design-build and general contracting firm specializing in fast-track commercial fit-outs and institutional projects, with completed work at SM, Ayala, and Ortigas Land locations. We're looking for a Site Engineer/Architect II, open to both Architecture and Civil Engineering graduates, to run our projects on site from mobilization to turnover.

Every project we take on is different, so we're looking for someone who adapts quickly and teaches themselves what they don't know yet, instead of waiting to be told.

What you'll do

• Run assigned projects on site: scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety
• Maintain schedules and look-ahead plans; recover delays early
• Track work against BOQ/BOM and budget; prepare accomplishment reports for billing
• Lead, coach, and assign foremen and crews
• Read plans and prepare shop drawings and as-builts when the site needs them
• Coordinate materials and subcontractors with our Purchasing & Logistics team
• Serve as on-site contact for clients, mall/building admins, and consultants
• Work with our Liaison on permits, and enforce DOLE safety standards on site
• Handle inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation
• Guide junior Site Engineers/Architects on your projects
• Submit weekly site reports to management

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering
• Solid 2 years of site experience on construction or fit-out projects, including architectural finishing
• Able to read construction drawings and produce drawings in AutoCAD or similar
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Luzon
• Adaptable: stays effective when sites, scope, and priorities change
• Self-taught learner: picks up new software, standards, and methods on your own initiative
• PRC license is a plus
• Commercial fit-out / mall project experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Google Suite apps and productivity tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• ₱26,000/month starting base, negotiable based on experience

• 1%–2% referral incentive based on Total Contract Price for projects you bring in
• Service Incentive Leaves after 6 months; additional VL/SL after 1 year

• Direct mentorship from our Principal Architect and a clear path to Operations Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm; Saturday, 8 am–2 pm
