Site Engineer (Interior)

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the project site.
• Execute civil, carpentry, partition, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other interior works as applicable.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with the Project Manager, design team, consultants, and client representatives.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and update project schedules.
• Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies, and execution challenges, and report them to the Project Manager.

Quality Control

• Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Verify dimensions, levels, materials, and finishes before and during execution.
• Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
• Rectify defects and ensure completion of snag lists before project handover.

Material & Labour Management

• Prepare material requirement lists and coordinate material deliveries.
• Monitor stock, consumption, and wastage of materials at the site.
• Allocate and monitor manpower according to project requirements.
• Verify measurements and assist in preparing contractor and subcontractor bills.

Safety & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain daily attendance, labour records, material records, and site documentation.
• Maintain records of work progress, measurements, inspections, and client instructions.
• Support final inspections, snag rectification, and project handover activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
