Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out & Home Renovation

We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with hands-on experience in residential home renovation and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, organized, and confident in managing site activities and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team.

Home renovation / residential fit-out experience is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities for residential renovation and interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate and monitor civil, finishing, MEP, gypsum, flooring, painting, tiling, and joinery works.
• Prepare daily site updates and monitor project progress against the schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and subcontractors at site.
• Inspect completed and ongoing works and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate with clients regarding site requirements, progress, and work schedules.
• Identify site issues and provide practical solutions to avoid delays and rework.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials to site.
• Take site measurements and verify quantities where required.
• Review drawings and coordinate with the design and project management team.
• Ensure proper protection of existing finishes, furniture, and property during renovation works.
• Monitor site safety and ensure workers follow required HSE procedures.
• Prepare snagging lists and coordinate rectification works until project completion.
• Maintain proper site documentation, photographs, measurements, and progress records.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
