About Us
Rawabi Design Services is a UAE design-and-build company. We work in architectural and interior design, project management, and site supervision and execution. Our projects include villas, offices, retail and hospitality across the UAE and the GCC.

The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to run day-to-day execution of our interior fit-out projects. The job covers mobilization through to handover, with a focus on quality, safety and the schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site execution of fit-out works according to approved drawings, specifications and the BOQ
• Coordinate subcontractors, technicians and labour, and plan daily and weekly activities
• Inspect works and materials (gypsum, partitions, joinery, flooring, painting, ceilings, MEP coordination)
• Enforce HSE requirements on site
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports with photos
• Measure executed quantities and verify subcontractor invoices
• Review shop drawings, flag site clashes and raise RFIs
• Attend site meetings with clients and consultants
• Coordinate inspections with authorities (Municipality, Civil Defence) when required
• Prepare and close snag lists and support project handover

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural or Interior Engineering
• 2–4 years of site experience in interior fit-out (UAE experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of finishing materials and fit-out execution sequence
• Able to read drawings; working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good communication in English; Arabic is a plus
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
• Available to join immediately or on short notice
