Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out projects to join our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out works.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects from execution to completion.
• Strong knowledge of gypsum works, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Manage site manpower, materials, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience handling multiple fit-out projects is an advantage.
