Job Description – Site Engineer – Interior Sites

Position: Assistant Project Manager - Interior
Location: ECR, Chennai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Residential Interior Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day interior execution activities at residential project sites.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, BOQ, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Interior Designers, carpenters, installers, vendors, and other site teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Take site measurements and verify dimensions as per drawings.
• Coordinate material requirements, dispatches, deliveries, and site availability.
• Monitor the quality of carpentry, modular installation, electrical, plumbing, and other interior works.
• Identify and resolve site-level execution issues.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and coordinate updates with the project team.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.
• Support final inspection, snag rectification, and project handover.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in interior site execution, preferably residential interiors.
• Good knowledge of interior drawings, measurements, materials, and execution.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate with different teams.
• Willingness to travel to residential project sites in and around ECR, Chennai.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
