Site Engineer (Maincon/ Good package)

The Site Engineer supports the day-to-day execution of site construction works, ensuring projects are carried out safely, on schedule, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities to ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting on-site problems.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures.
• Review and verify as-built drawings, method statements, and other technical documents.
• Coordinate material and resource requirements to support construction schedules.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and consultants as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.
• At least 1 year of site experience in civil/building construction projects.
• Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good team player with a proactive attitude.
