What they need
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site engineering experience
- Experience in construction/civil engineering projects preferred
- Able to speak Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese-speaking management, contractors, and workers
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of site coordination, work progress, materials, and quality control
- Able to coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
- Willing to work at project site in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and site management skills
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be considered
