Site Engineer (Marikina)

About the role:

We are hiring a Licensed Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, quality standards, and schedules.

Location: Marikina

Working Schedule: 8AM-5PM

Setup: Onsite

Duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee construction activities from project commencement through final turnover.
• Perform daily site inspections to ensure work adheres to approved plans, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of construction materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Provide technical assistance and address construction-related issues on site.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to support timely project completion.
• Prepare inspection reports, completion reports, and other required project documentation.
• Conduct warranty inspections and supervise necessary corrective or repair works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure assigned tasks are completed within schedule.
• Perform other engineering and site-related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid professional license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in residential/housing construction or real estate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• Self-driven, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to project sites in Marikina and Rizal.
• Willing to work onsite at the Marikina Head Office and designated project sites.
