Site Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical Experienced)

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical / Electrical field, preferably in Site Engineer / Field Engineer position.
• Able to read and create 2D & 3D drawings (AutoCAD, etc.).
• Preferably with experience in Cooling Tower / HVAC / Chiller / Construction projects / Electrical Projects.
• Strong experience in on-site project management and able to control on-site personnel costs.
• Able to quickly start and handle on-site operations for cooling tower projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor work quality and ensure that all project deliverables meet established standards and specifications.
• Organize and lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate with all stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve all project issues on-site.Able to work in a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive in resolving technical & coordination issues and able to work under pressure.
• Strong personality, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to cooperate effectively with other team members and leaders.
• Willing to be placed in our new project sites across Indonesia or overseas.
