Site Engineer MEP

Job Description:

• Control construction work to comply with approved document (schedule, drawing and method)
• Lead construction weekly meeting with contractor focusing on safety, schedule and quality topic
• Perform quality control procedures related to the work
• Perform method review before construction
• Management change and additional request in construction program
• Perform periodic inspections on installation work and able to provide good method of inspection
• Conduct field inspection report related on the work
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly report as per required
• Perform handover management with contractor and client
• Record work progress and nonconformity for contractor payment
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience related to MEP installation preferably FP, HVAC and EE system
• Good command of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Thai both spoken and written.
• Having knowledge in Site testing and commissioning
• Good command in AutoCAD program, if command in Revit program would be advantage
• Able to work on-site
• Having a car and driving license would be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem diagnostic skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude towards resolving problems
• Ability to work under pressure
