Site Engineer (MEP)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Site Engineer to support the supervision and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites. This opportunity is ideal for fresh B.Tech/Diploma graduates looking to develop practical site engineering and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in supervising MEP installations in accordance with design drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work progress, workmanship, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
• Assist with site reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Participate in safety briefings and ensure adherence to site safety protocols.
• Interpret technical drawings, schedules, and project plans.
• Identify and address minor technical and site-related issues under senior guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech/Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
• Willingness to learn site management and technical skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is an added advantage.

Employment Details
