What they need
Civil Engineer / Site Engineer
Experience: 4+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
Notice Period : Immediate , 15 Days
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and execute site activities as per schedule, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Prepare schedules, QA/QC documents, RFIs, and site reports
- Track project progress, productivity, and billing
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety norms
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in PMC or reputed construction companies
- Exposure to site execution, planning, QA/QC, billing, and contractor management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- PG in Construction/Project Management is an added advantage
