PT China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is seeking experienced Site Engineers, QC Engineers, and Technical Engineers to join our growing team in West Cikarang, West Java. What you'll be doing

• Conducting quality control inspections and testing on concrete, steel, and other construction materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Monitoring and supervising construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to approved designs, plans, and safety protocols
• Preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation, daily reports, and project records
• Liaising between the design team, contractors, and management to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
• Performing material testing and ensuring proper storage, handling, and application of construction materials
• Coordinating with surveyors and engineers to verify site measurements and dimensional accuracy
• Identifying and reporting defects or non-conformities, and tracking corrective actions to completion
• Assisting in the preparation of as-built drawings and technical specifications
• Supporting health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on-site
• Attending project meetings and providing technical updates and progress reports

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in civil or structural engineering, with hands-on site experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials testing, and quality control procedures
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with construction standards and regulations applicable to Indonesia
• Experience with construction management software and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Valid professional engineering certification or willingness to obtain one is advantageous
• Experience with concrete testing, structural inspection, or quality assurance is preferred
