This role presents exposure to large scale land development projects being delivered by a mainly self-performed crew. This position will offer responsibility and scope to develop your career within a business that supports those that want to get stuck in and progress.

The requirements

You'll be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects from the ground supporting site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects remain on programme and achieve high-quality outcomes. This role combines technical engineering, strong quality assurance and surveying.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in construction methodologies and work programmes that maximise productivity.
• Coordinate site crews, suppliers and contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.
• Carry out site set out and surveying works
• Prepare and manage QA documentation, check sheets, and as-builts
