Site Engineer – Interior & MEP Works

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Site Engineer – Interior & MEP Works to supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring that interior fit-out and MEP works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily interior fit-out and MEP site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor civil, partition, ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related MEP works.
• Check site measurements, materials, and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety procedures.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Maintain proper documentation, drawings, checklists, and site records.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned works while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out and MEP works.
• Good knowledge of interior finishing and MEP systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is required; knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
• UAE driving license will be an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
