What they need
- Inspect the construction progress of roads and bridges on-site, including material installation, infrastructure layout, concrete pouring, and pole installation.
- Ensure construction accuracy according to the design drawings and plans, including quality control of construction work.
- Inspect and coordinate with contractors or relevant teams involved in the project.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with engineering standards and design specifications.
- Conduct quality testing of materials and construction work, such as concrete strength tests or structural testing for bridges.
- Coordinate between various departments and parties involved in the project.
- Provide technical advice and resolve issues that arise on the construction site.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
