Ragawang Corporation Sdn Bhd is looking for a hands-on and driven Senior Site Engineer to join our project team in Selangor on a contract basis.

You’ll be more than just checking drawings and writing reports. You’ll be involved in the action — coordinating people, solving site issues, monitoring progress and making sure the project keeps moving forward.

🔧 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• 👷 Take charge of site activities and make sure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Read, interpret and coordinate construction drawings and technical requirements.
• Work closely with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
• Monitor daily work progress, quality, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain proper site diary, measurements and progress records.
• Identify site problems and delays — and, most importantly, help find solutions.
• Ensure inspections and testing are carried out according to the approved Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
• Prepare progress reports, work programmes, site documentation and technical correspondence.
• Attend site/project meetings and keep the Project Manager and Management updated.
• Coordinate with the design team and project stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety requirements and company procedures.
• Take on other responsibilities when needed — because construction rarely goes exactly according to plan!

🎯 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You might be a great fit if you have:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in building, civil or structural construction.
• Experience as a Site Engineer, Senior Site Engineer or Site Agent.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating sub-contractors, consultants and site teams.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, especially for reports and technical correspondence.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant site/project management tools.
• CIDB Green Card.
• BEM registration will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• Willing to work at project site in Selangor.
