Job Summary

• Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Sat 8:30 AM–1:00 PM

Main Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and ensure timely completion of construction projects.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, construction drawings, and working drawings, identifying discrepancies for resolution.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on site and construction matters.
• Provide technical support and assist in resolving construction and installation issues.
• Coordinate with QAQC Engineers to ensure project quality meets specifications and customer requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain inspection records for works, materials, and completed works.
• Ensure site operations comply with the Project Quality Plan, environmental requirements, and occupational health & safety standards.
• Monitor contract variations, claims, and cost impacts, and report relevant information to the Project Manager.
• Support implementation of cost control measures to meet project budgets.
• Ensure contractual requirements and agreed procedures are properly followed.
• Assist with environmental aspects, impacts, and EMS-related requirements.
• Prepare site reports and project updates for relevant stakeholders.
• Apply lessons learned and best practices to improve future project execution.
• Site-based role, reporting to the relevant Site/Construction/Project Management team.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Building Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Built Environment, or other related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in building and construction projects.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site operations, quality control, safety, and project coordination.
• Strong coordination and communication skills when working with consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve site issues.
• Detail-oriented, numerically competent, and able to work independently when required.
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment and meet project deadlines.
• Comfortable with regular site activities involving walking, standing, bending, and kneeling.
