SITE ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR

About the role

The Site Engineering / Site Supervisor supports daily site operations, technical coordination, and project execution. This role assists in supervising construction activities, ensuring work quality, monitoring progress, and maintaining compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to plans, specification, and schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve technical and operational issues
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements with guidance from senior engineers
• Assist in preparing site reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Support material verification, inspection requests, and technical submissions
• Track daily work progress and highlight delays or issues to the Project Engineer / Site Manager
• Ensure work sequences follow the project schedule and coordinate timely delivery of materials
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety rules, regulations, and company policies
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments on technical and site matters

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates welcome
• CIDB Green Card is an advantage (can be obtained after joining)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt to the construction site working environment
• Proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
