Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

We are a growing General Contractor firm seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and highly responsible Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must be physically and mentally prepared to handle on-site conditions, tight deadlines, and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, follow up, and control daily construction progress on-site according to the project schedule.
• Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings accurately.
• Prepare basic site progress reports, data logs, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Assist in site safety management and ensure compliance with K3/HSE standards.
• Coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors, and project management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Strong sense of responsibility, highly disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.
• Proficient in reading technical/construction drawings
• Proficient in preparing basic reports using Microsoft Office.
• Previous work experience in construction or site operations is preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to join immediately.
