Job Summary

We are Looking for a candidate who were technically skilled, and results-oriented Site Engineer / Site Supervisor with a minimum of two years of UAE experience in the civil construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating manpower and subcontractors, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing assigned activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate must possess a valid UAE driving licence, good technical knowledge, strong site management capabilities, and effective communication skills in both English and Hindi. Candidates who are available to join immediately are required to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for site activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Inspect ongoing and completed works to maintain quality standards and proper workmanship.
• Identify site-related technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress records, material requests, and relevant project documentation.
• Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Coordinate site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable safety requirements.
• Communicate work instructions clearly to site teams and ensure effective coordination among all stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:

• ITI in Civil or a relevant civil trade.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Equivalent recognized qualification in Civil Engineering.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in civil construction, site engineering, or site supervision.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join is required.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and construction materials.
• Ability to manage site activities, coordinate workers, and work independently.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices and site safety requirements.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: AED 3,500 – 6,000, depending on qualifications and experience
• Company car provided.
• Petrol expenses covered.
• Salik expenses covered.
