Site Engineer, SPX Express

• Provide supervision and coordination support for the construction process, job-site safety and all administrative requirements
• Check, review, and distribute drawing plan
• Oversee the pre-construction and construction process to comply with the agreed timeline
• Visiting project sites to identify risks and ensure all project staff comply with quality and safety requirements
• Responsible for change order and budget control
• Prepare and provide documents related construction activity
• Manage stakeholders and internal team
• Support other project duties and supervise team according to requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Engineering and Construction field
• Have experience in handling Warehouse or High-rise Building construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle multiple projects and thrive under tight deadline
• Good stakeholder management between owner and contractor
• Expert with design tools (AutoCAD, Sap2000, Etabs, etc)
• Familiar with CSA & MEP Installation
• Willing to travel for business purposes
