Site Engineer/ Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Site Supervision

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is completed on time, according to drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers for smooth project execution.
• Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems, including HVAC, generators, electrical, cooling, and IT infrastructure.

2. Site Coordination

• Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and provide updates to management.
• Monitor material deliveries, storage, usage, and maintain site inventory records.

3. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Enforce safety procedures, including PPE usage, work permits, and toolbox meetings.
• Report incidents, quality issues, and support corrective actions when required.

4. Technical & Documentation

• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Support site inspections, testing, commissioning, and client/consultant inspections.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspection documents, and as-built drawings.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Site Supervisor. Experience in Data Center, M&E, or EPC projects is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and construction site coordination.
• Familiar with local construction and safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Able to work extended hours or weekends when required by project needs.
• Good communication skills in English and Thai to work effectively with multinational teams.
