Site Engineer / Supervisor (Plumbing Construction)

About the role

Site Engineer / Supervisor for plumbing construction based on project site in Johor Bahru. The role involves coordination and supervision of works to ensure compliance with requirements and drawings, managing technical issues, and maintaining site standards.

BASE ON SITE PROJECT : JOHOR BAHRU

Key responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of works and ensuring they are in accordance to requirements and Drawings
• Arise technical issues from subcontractor to Project Manager / Engineer
• Preparation and submission of daily site report to client representative
• Ensuring maximization of material usage
• Maintain hygiene within the work site areas
• Prompt reporting of any deviation from established procedures and safety regulations / practices
• Ensuring corrective action taken on all non-conformances and records are raised and maintained
• Carry out inspection with Clerk of Work
• Standing supervision on workers to deliver progress within timeline given
• Arise issues of any obstruction at Project Site and Provide solution in discussion with team

Requirements:

• Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) / Building or SPM equivalent
• Required skill(s): MS Project, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office
• At least 2 year(s) of work experience in the related field
• Preferably experienced Site Planning and Supervising specializing in Plumbing Work
• With proven track record of hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
