About the role
Site Engineer Trainee position within the PROTÉGÉ program, gaining valuable exposure in project execution and construction management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in supervising site activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare site reports, documentation, and quality control records
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
About you
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work at project sites and adapt to construction environments
