Pancrudo Builders Corporation is seeking a talented Site Project Engineer/Architect to join our dynamic team in Cavite. As a Site Project Engineer/Architect, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our leading construction company.

What you'll be doing

1. Managing the daily operation of construction projects
2. Interpreting and implementing construction plans as per the project blueprint
3. Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
4. Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors and suppliers
5. Identify and address potential issues or risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
7. Collaborate with the design team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
8. Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to the management team
9. Support the continuous improvement of our construction processes and practices
10. Ensuring materials and resources are used effectively and wastage is minimized
11. Material estimate and cutting List

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
2. PRC Licensed Engineer or Architect
3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Project Engineer/Architect or in a similar role within the construction industry
4. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
5. CAN MANAGE, LEAD, HANDLE, AND GIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO SITE WORKERS.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions
7. Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
8. Must know how to estimate material quantities for site acquisition/ Cutting list.
9. Preferably knows how to drive automobile (manual & automatic) with valid drivers license.
